At Sanjida H Skincare Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our Refund & Returns Policy outlines how you can return products and request a refund.
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products that are damaged during shipping or defective are also eligible for return.
Some products, including opened skincare items for hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address..
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or defective.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged product along with your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
